The biggest prize payout includes the 299,897,496.00 prize won by two lucky bettors of the Grand Lotto draw. And the 102,728,466 won by a lucky bettor of the Superlotto 6/49 draw.

A total of 17 lucky bettors won the PCSO Lotto draws for the month of August. PCSO will give away a total of P150,793,464.40. The Grandlotto jackpot has not been hit for the month of August and will continue to grow.   Six people won the Superlotto 6/49 jackpot including 5 people who won a single jackpot last 8-16-2012 a very rare occurence. Five people won the 6/45 lotto while six people won the Lotto 6/42 draw.

Lotto bettor owes luck to hometown chapel

Lets face it every where we go we see a lot of numbers. We see them on plate numbers,  signs, receipts just about anywhere. If ever you come accross such numbers try to get a feel if this numbers will bring you luck then bet on them. This is what happened to a 51 year old national government employee in Manila who was the lone winner of the Superlotto 6/49 draw held last July 31, 2012.
His numbers came from the building  permit of a chapel under construction in his hometown province. He bet on the lucky numbers while shopping at a supermarket near Nagtahan bridge in Manila. The man won P72,709,153.20 in last July 31 draw and his winning combination were 02-28-10-07-38-08.
He plans to donate a portion to the chapel were he got his lucky  numbers and to save for his childrens education and to help the poor.
